We currently have rack ovens in the muffin/biscuit/pie manufacturing businesses and the steam like ‘Cyclo/Electro Deck’ ovens in the bread production. All of these ovens have proved to be extremely reliable and cost effective.

This is the cold division and supplies all the provers/prover-retarders and freezers for the baking industry. All models can be downloaded from the media section.

The most successful product of 2006 was the TSE Retarder Prover, which has proven to be perfect for Australian flour and products and has out performed any other competitor.
