Our company has built a very large customer base and enjoys a varied and diverse workload. Four technicians are allocated to the service department; all have fully equipped vehicles with a competent and practical spare parts stock.

We have enjoyed a huge success in the maintenance and service department and can contribute it to skilled technicians with a ‘can do’ attitude.

• A risk analysis in accordance with OHS will be filled out before commencement of any job to ensure that any work is carried out in a safe and correct manor.
• All electrical work carried out will be accompanied by a ‘Certificate of Electrical Safety’ as stated by law.
• All mechanical work carried out will be checked and tested for safety.

It is FBS policy that all work carried out will be done to the highest possible standard and done safely.

FBS also offer a comprehensive and thorough preventative maintenance program. All machines are covered and a 230-point check carried out.

Preventative maintenance helps to identify problems before they become expensive and costly, it  also prolongs the life of the machine and has proven to reduce call outs and loss of production.

A set fee is charged and the time of the services can be done at your convenience. All services can be booked in advance and many other options can be utilized such as :

• Blade Changeover
• Chiller Service
• Test and Tag of machines
• Welding racks etc.
• Shop lights

FBS offers a 24 hour, 7 days a week callout service. The service covers all public holidays and weekends. The advantage of FBS is:
